Cancellation, Weather & Payment Policies

DAY CRUISES

  1. 50% deposit for booking confirmation.
  2. Balance payment before embarkation.
  3. Cancellation up to 7 days prior: full deposit refund.
  4. Cancellation less than 72 hours prior: no refund.
  5. Cancellation due to weather (captain’s decision): full refund or date change.

 

WEEKLY CHARTERS

  1. 50% deposit for booking confirmation.
  2. Balance of 50% + APA due at least 4 weeks prior to departure.
  3. Cancellation and payment terms are governed by the MYBA contract.
  4. No refund is provided for cancellations due to weather.
  5. In case of bad weather, only a route or date modification is offered, if feasible.
